Delivery & ID checks

How we get your order to you, and why our riders ask for ID.

We only sell to adults

Royal Circle sells alcohol to people aged 18 and over only. Our riders check a valid national ID, passport or driving licence on every delivery, even if you look well over 18.

If you can't show ID

If the person receiving the order cannot show valid ID, or looks under 18, or appears intoxicated, we will not hand over the order. The order is cancelled and any delivery fee may still apply. Prepaid orders are refunded minus the delivery fee.

Delivery areas and times

We deliver across Nairobi. Fees and typical times are shown on the Delivery page. Times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather and order volume.

Receiving your order

Please keep your phone on. The rider may call for directions. If we can't reach you after a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled.

Opening hours

We only take orders during our opening hours shown on the site. Orders can't be placed when we're closed.
