By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older. By ordering you confirm your age and agree to show valid ID on delivery. Buying alcohol for someone under 18 is illegal.
Prices and stock
Prices are in Kenya shillings and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices or stock at any time. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you with a substitute or a refund.
Payment
You can pay with M-Pesa (STK push) or cash/M-Pesa to the rider on delivery. Orders paid by M-Pesa are confirmed once Safaricom confirms the payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Because of the nature of the products, we can't accept returns of opened bottles. If your order is wrong, damaged or missing items, tell us on the same day and we will make it right. Refunds for failed deliveries are made to the M-Pesa number used.
Our right to refuse
We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, failed ID checks, undeliverable addresses or unsafe delivery conditions.
