Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, optional location, and order details. When you enter the site we store a cookie that records you confirmed you are over 18.
Why we use it
To confirm and deliver your order, process M-Pesa payments, contact you about your order, prevent fraud, and meet our legal duties around the sale of alcohol.
Who sees it
Our staff and riders see what they need to deliver your order. Safaricom processes M-Pesa payments. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, disputes and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and object to marketing. Message us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage: your age confirmation, your cart, and your chosen delivery area. We don't use advertising cookies.
